Blade Merge
More games to play
Blade Merge is a free browser game that mixes merging strategy with 2D blade combat. You combine blades to build stronger weapons, then send them spinning into enemy bots until one side runs out of health. No download, no account. It runs on desktop, mobile, and Chromebook, so you can play it unblocked at school or work right from this page.
What is Blade Merge?
Blade Merge is an action-casual game built around a single loop: merge lower-tier blades to create higher-tier ones, then use those blades to attack enemy bots in head-to-head duels. Your blades spin automatically and deal damage on contact, while the enemy's blades chip away at your health at the same time. The goal is to out-merge your opponent before they out-damage you. It sits in the same space as idle mergers but with a live combat layer that keeps each round active rather than passive.

How merging and blade tiers work
Two identical blades combine into the next tier up. Higher tiers spin faster and hit harder, so getting ahead on merges early gives you a real damage edge. The table below shows the general progression pattern.
| Tier | What changes |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 (starter) | Small blade, low damage per spin |
| Tier 2 | Bigger blade, noticeable health reduction on hit |
| Tier 3+ | Razor-sharp, high rotation speed, fast enemy health drain |
Tips for winning blade duels
- Merge as early as possible. A tier-3 blade out early beats three tier-1 blades late.
- Watch your own health bar. If the enemy is dealing damage fast, prioritize defensive merges over chasing the highest tier.
- On mobile, tap precisely on the blade you want to move. Mis-taps can slow your merge chain.
- Each level ramps up enemy bot strength, so the merge pace needs to match the threat.
